TAP Into Savings with the Training Advantage Package (TAP)

Package Details:

Package may only be used for ASPE public training courses
Must be pre-paid with a purchase order, credit card or company check
Customer can begin using training credits before payment is made as long as a purchase order is on file with ASPE
Customer has one year after purchase to redeem the credits
Unredeemed credits terminate after one year
A one-time additional purchase of training days is allowed (up to 4 days) to completely redeem credits. The rate for additional training days is $450 per day
Customers may also purchase an additional package to redeem unused credits

Substitution & Cancellation Policy:
If a change needs to be made to your public course registration (cancel, transfer, or substitution) ASPE must receive written notice via email at customerservice@aspeinc.com or fax at 919-816-1710. If a cancel or transfer request is made less than 15 business days prior to the class start date, payment will still be due, no refunds will be issued and you will be charged a $200 change fee. Your paid tuition will be available for one year to be used as a credit towards another course of equal value; only one reenrollment opportunity is allowed. Failure to attend the course without written notification will result in forfeiture of the full course price. Student substitutions may be made at any time prior to the start of class free of charge. If ASPE is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to the registration fee only. Frequently asked questions

Do my training days expire?
The TAP package is designed to be used on a yearly cycle. Unused training days that have not been used within a year expire. It's important to use your training within a year of purchase, because our courses are constantly updated to stay current with the state of industry.

Can I use my TAP training days as an onsite program?
Onsite training is not eligible as part of a TAP package.

Why are there a few courses not eligible for the TAP option?
Courses that pertain to product vendors, partners, or which earn credit from industry organizations may not be eligible for the TAP price structure.

The TAP package is an attractive option, but my organization has a hard time committing to the entire cost of a TAP fee. What can I do?
The courses you are interested will most likely be offered at some point as either a live online course, or part of our public schedule. This involves less cost at a given time, but remember that you will always pay more per day in the long run if you register for individual courses rather than pre-paying for a TAP package.

Can I see a cost comparison of the TAP packages?
Package details can vary, but as a basic reference point, consider that a normal 2-day public course costs about $650/day. In contrast, if you purchase a 20-day bulk training package, the typical cost is about $375/day. A 50-day package offers a chance for more savings.

Which costs less: a TAP package or an onsite training program?
Each option serves a different need. For a single topic or for a single group program, an onsite is always the most economical. But if you are an individual who wishes to train on multiple days, for multiple topics, or if your team needs training days they can use on demand, the TAP package is the way to go.
